I’m Jessica Murray, founder of Aligned Ops.
I bring nearly two decades of operations, program management, governance, and transformation experience, including leadership roles at Veritas, Cohesity and Symantec.
My work has always been about connecting the pieces: helping teams work across organizational boundaries, clarifying decisions and ownership, and building practical structures that make delivery more reliable.
