The Reset is a structured engagement delivered over three months. It is not coaching. It is not consulting in the traditional sense. It is a systematic intervention that changes how your business operates at the structural level.

MONTH 1  |  Expose

Four weekly sessions. We identify exactly where your business depends on you, across every operational domain. Decision authority, execution flow, knowledge distribution, team autonomy, operational rhythm, and the cognitive load it places on you. Nothing is assumed. Everything is measured.

By the end of Month 1, you have a complete structural map of your business. You know where dependency is concentrated, what kind of load it creates, and where intervention will have the highest impact.

MONTH 2  |  Redesign

Two sessions. We redesign the structures that are creating dependency. Decision authority gets defined and transferred. Execution accountability gets built into the system instead of relying on your follow-up. Knowledge gets documented. Escalation paths get clarified.

This is not theoretical. You leave each session with structural deliverables that change how your business operates. Authority transfer documents, decision ownership grids, veto boundaries, role authority maps. Tangible tools that hold the change in place.

MONTH 3  |  Confirm

Two sessions. We test whether the business holds stability without your constant involvement. This is where you find out if the structural changes are working. We measure the shift.
